I had a great dinner at a lovely restaurant with a fantastic location near a historic landmark.

We got a room with a bath.

Solid and delicious breakfast with a huge variety of delicious food. Having a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in our immaculately clean and vintage room. Amazing, fantastic location close enough to the picturesque Doblhoff Park, which itself contains a lovely lake-side cafe as well as a rose garden in a beautiful quiet country setting.

Spacious and bright rooms with satellite TV, climate control and a personal safe. A lot of food available in the restaurant...

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, providing helpful services in a great location just a short walk from the train station.

This hotel met needs well, I strongly recommend. Wonderful small and relaxing property that has immensely pleasant staff on proper service and etiquette. It has favourable location, not far from a garden outside, a nice park, very nice breakfast, and the castle.

I had asked for a room for an invalid person and I have been confirmed, when I called, that my request would be satisfied. In the above mentioned hotel there was not any such room. The personell did its best to find solutions to some of my problems, but this has not been enough. I would like to make the obvious statement that an invalid person has all the rights, paying, to lead a normal life, without feeling unconfotable and at risk.

Great location for getting around, right by the lake with a beautiful garden and a thermal center nearby. Also, it's just a quick 5-minute stroll to the lake! 🌟

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location - excellent for peaceful vacation. Beautiful interiors (with old-school furnutire and slightly screeping chairs) - we liked them as well.

A number of points (which do not change the overall impression). We've ordered a superior room, which was OK (although we expected it to be a 2-room, not 1-room, apartment). We also visited a 2-room junior suite, but honestly it should have been much better (too small and not as comfortable as a superior room), so we preferred to stay in the latter. The food in the restaraunt was (really) excellent, but the choice appeared a bit limited (esp. for breakfast). There are no tea sets in the rooms (so you cannot boil water and prepare tea yourself, but have to order it). Sauna facilities are attended by nude people (which someone may find very confusing). Using a PC in the lobby is expensive, so consider this if you have to work during the stay.

The staff was really nice. Even though Christina messed up our booking, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave us un upgrade (a suite instead ob a superior room). Breakfast was great. The hotel location is very good - close to the center of Baden, but still far away enough to be able to escape. The rosarium and Doblhoffpark are very pretty.

The person who confirmed our reservation. She confirmed that we would have a room in the old building with a balcony. Upon arrival, we were told that Christina should have known better... there was no such room available due to a wedding. After we told the nice receptioninst that this was our wedding anniversary weekend and we specifically booked the 'old' room, she made a couple of calls and gave us a suite - in the new building. The plus is that the new building is air conditioned and was very quiet.
